I have had many great experiences with Fine Line Design, so I’ll try to summarize just a few key points from my projects to build, add on, and renovate. No matter how large or small your project is — simple or complex — you should talk to the team at Fine Line Design.
Take your time at the beginning and talk to a few firms to compare ideas and pricing.
After meeting different people and seeing a range of approaches, think about who fits your schedule and your way of working. Look at their work and decide who best represents your taste in design and quality.
In my experience, Fine Line Design ended up in the middle price-wise, but they felt like the best value and the team I was most confident in.
What stood out most to me is that Kevin and Graham are a unique combination of experience and innovative visualization. Their ability to show you what you’re getting before it’s built makes a huge difference, and their traditional design work is excellent.
Their recommendations for builders and contractors are also a critical part of the process. Just as important, they make what can be a stressful time feel easier — they’re professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely care about the outcome.
I shopped around, but Fine Line Design was the right choice for me, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone planning a renovation or new build.

Kevin has been a joy to work with. He has great input into the design process and then has incredible software which allows you to see either in 2D or 3D photo-realistic renderings of the design.
